By creating an account and using Hagr (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Hagr is operated by Ólafur Jóhannsson, Sweden (contact: support@hagr.app). References to "we", "us", or "Hagr" in these terms refer to this entity.
Hagr is a personal finance tracking application that allows you to track transactions, plan budgets, monitor net worth, manage travel budgets, and receive AI-powered financial insights. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
Hagr Pro is billed monthly at 19 SEK/month. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All prices include applicable Swedish VAT where required.
You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service to you — we do not sell, share, or use your financial data for any other purpose. Your data rights, including the right to export and delete your data, are described in our Privacy Policy.
The AI Advisor feature provides general financial information and suggestions based on data you choose to share. It does not constitute professional financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for important financial decisions. You control which data the AI can access in Settings → AI Advisor.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal finance tracking purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or reproduce the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish law, Hagr's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible. We are not liable for data loss caused by service interruptions, but we maintain database backups and will make reasonable efforts to restore data.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. All your data will be permanently deleted immediately. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms with prior notice where reasonably possible.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. We encourage resolution of disputes informally — contact support@hagr.app first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the Swedish courts. As an EU consumer, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
